REVELATION CHAPTER 20
The Day of the LORD
Revelation 19 closes with the Return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His Second Advent—Revelation 19:11—at which point all we who were alive in our flesh bodies are changed into our spiritual bodies as Paul describes in I Corinthians 15:51-54, which reads: I Corinthians 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, [15:52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. —> This verse is a major clue concerning Jesus’ return for His Second Advent. Did you notice what I highlighted? “at the last trump.” How many Trumps, Seals and Vials are there? There are seven (7) of each. We read in Revelation 13:18, that the number of the beast is six hundred three score and six: Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. —> His number is=“His,” being satan’s. Satan comes in his role of the pretend-to-be-jesus, at the sixth Trump, sixth seal, sixth vial, which is why his number is 666. Jesus DOES NOT come for His Second Advent until the Seventh Trump, Seventh Seal, Seventh Vial, which are the Last Trump, Seal and Vial. Jesus WILL NOT RETURN until AFTER satan has come claiming to be Jesus as we read in II Thessalonians 2 which reads: II Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering back unto Him, —> Paul is pleading with the Thessalonians and us, to listen to what he is saying about Jesus’ return, and how we will be gathered back to Him. This gathering takes place—as we’ll read about here in this letter—right here on earth. [2:2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter, as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. —> Like Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 24:4, Mark 13:5 and Luke 21:8, “be careful who you listen to and pay attention to; otherwise, you could be deceived into believing false doctrines.” He also said the same thing but in a different way, in Matthew 16:5-12. But, here in this verse, Paul is telling the Thessalonians that, there were some who had mis-interrupted his first letter to them, and were now Falsely teaching them concerning that first letter. He is now going to restate what must come to pass prior to Jesus Return for His Second Advent. [2:3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition, —> Paul is telling the Thessalonians and us, to pay attention, because many men will come with false doctrines and will deceive many, so as to confuse us, and sadly, lead people to the wrong christ. But, Jesus will not return until the apostasy — the lack of hearing Father’s Word—Amos 8:11—is in full swing, and satan—in his role as the anti-christ—or as this reads in the Greek language: the instead of christ—stands in Jerusalem, proclaiming that he is Christ, and THEN he will be revealed as the false christ. We are beginning to see the falling away and the apostasy take place now as, Father’s Word is being attacked on a daily basis. Christianity and the name Christ, the ONLY means by which we can be saved and have eternal life with Father, is being supplanted by many false doctrines, idols and other religions, the muslim being one of them. [2:4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. —> Does this sound like he’ll be coming in and destroying the earth? No! satan will be right there in the temple in Jerusalem saying, I am Christ and I have returned, so you can now stop taking communion in My absence. This is the abomination of desolation which Jesus was talking about in Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:14, where He was quoting from Daniel 11:31 and 12:11, satan saying and portraying himself as God. If you still believe that there is a rapture of the church, you obviously cannot comprehend what you read, because verses II Thessalonians 2:2-4 make it very plain and clear that satan comes first. [2:5] Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? —> Paul is asking the Thessalonians—and us—don’t you remember I already stated this? How could you have gotten it confused? I’ll go over it with you again... [2:6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. —> Yes, he’ll be revealed in his time alright, when is that? At the sounding of the sixth trumpet which is the second woe trumpet. We can read that the fifth angel sounds, and that a star falls from heaven in Revelation 9:1, this star is satan, identified as Lucifer in Isaiah 14:12-16, and he goes to the bottomless pit where the fallen angels are kept, to loose them from their pit, and as Revelation 9:2-10 tells us, to allow them to run loose on the earth, bringing in, and establishing the deception of satan’s lies, in preparation for satan’s ruling dominion. Oh, reading everything in Revelation 9:2-10 sounds so scary; but, if you are familiar with Father’s Word, you’ll understand that this is all spiritual, and it is nothing but lies and deceptions, and as Revelation 9:4 tells us, they cannot hurt anybody that is Sealed with the truth of Father’s Word in their mind. Revelation 9:5 then tells us, that this time can only be for five months, not seven years or even 3 1/2 years, like most preachers say. Satan himself doesn’t actually show up and take control until the sixth trumpet sounds, which again is the second woe. That is when he will actually be here de facto, in charge and proclaiming himself as God. And it is in this time, that he will be revealed. Let’s return now to II Corinthians 15, picking it up in verse 15:53. [15:53] For this corruptible (perishable in the Greek, Greek word number: G5349) must put on incorruption (unending existence, or immortality in the Greek, Greek word number: G861), and this mortal (liable to die in the Greek, Greek word number: G2349) must put on immortality (deathlessness in the Greek, Greek word number: G110). [15:54] So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, “Death is swallowed up in victory.” —> So, the very moment Jesus Returns, every one of us changes into our spiritual bodies and His 1,000 year Millennium begins. Our changing is further described in quite graphic detail in Zechariah 14. Immediately upon His return, the judgment of the beast and the false prophet—anti-christ—take place and their being thrown into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. Meaning that, the roles which satan used to deceive flesh man, is now no longer available for him to use, and when he is let loose later, at the end of this same chapter Revelation 20, all those who follow him, are those who reject our Creator, and willing love and follow him. Along with those roles being cast into the Lake of Fire are the fallen angels who refused to be born of women as we read in Jude 1:6.
What is this lake of fire, and what happens to those who are cast into it? For our answer to these questions we must look to Hebrews 12:29 which reads: Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire., and also Psalms 37:20 which reads: Psalms 37:20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away. —> Father will consume them from within as can be read in Ezekiel 28:18 which reads Ezekiel 28:18 Thou hast defiled My sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour (burn up or completely consume Hebrew word number: H398) thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. —> That is pretty self explanatory; but, what happens to those who are consumed? Let’s read of it in Matthew 10:28: Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. —> And as we’ll discover when we come to Revelation 20:14 this is the second death — Finality. It will not be as some chruch’s teach — people will be burning forever and ever, screaming right there where all of those who did in fact make into the eternity can see them; nor will “hell” be like many have been deceived into believing, “a burning place where satan rules with his pitchfork.” How cruel would our Loving Father have to be to do that to His Children? What kind of kurch would teach such a thing? As a Christian how could you believe that and\or how could you sit in a church that would teach that?
Sadly, most people believe, because they have been falsely taught by their church that, the anti-christ will be a man born of a woman. Sadly again, most think that he is someone who is coming to be against Jesus — meaning, that he intends to engage in physical war against we Christians and then Jesus Himself. The reality is, he will never be born of woman, for he already has a body, it is a spiritual body—think like the angelic bodies because, it is an angelic body—and, he is coming to pretend that he is the true Christ and wants people to worship him as Christ. This then, brings us to Revelation 20.
Revelation 20 covers the periods of both the end of the Flesh Age and the Millennium. It is the time that satan’s reign as the antichrist—“instead of,” or “pretend-to-be” in the Greek language, Greek word number: G500, from G473—comes to an end and the “Day of The LORD,” the day the True Christ’s one thousand year reign begins. What is the “Day of The LORD?” Let’s turn to II Peter 3 for our answer: II Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: —> Here again, we run into some sadness because, sadly, most Christians today don’t know, and are not taught by their chruch’s that, there was an Age before this current “Flesh” Age of man. But, Father, through Peter, is telling us that He created this earth many billions of years ago, and there was a dispensation of time when the dinosaurs and the “sons of God” — the angels, roamed this earth, and no, there was no pre-historic man; for, there is no evolution of man in the flesh, we did not come from apes. [3:6] Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: —> Why did it perish? Because of what happened in Ezekiel 28 and Revelation 12:1-4. When satan rebelled and drew one third of Father’s children with him in that rebellion, causing them to stop loving Father. Father destroyed everything on earth except He and His angels—His Children—when He brought in the flood and ice age at satan’s rebellion—the katabole in the greek. [3:7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. —> The last portion of this verse says what needs saying, “reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men..” This is the day of the Great White Throne Judgment at the end of Jesus’ one thousand year Millennial reign. It’ll be the day that all those who follow satan when he is loosed a little season, go into the lake of fire. But, before all this can come to pass, we must first have all Father’s prophesies concerning this Age come to pass, including the “great apostacy” or “falling away” in which the whole world—except Father’s elect—will go whoring after satan—antichrist. Here in this next verse is why we came here. [3:8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. —> One day in Father’s time, is as one thousand years in our time. During this time of Jesus’ 1,000 year Millennial reign, a lot will take place: unfortunately, most churches falsely teach, and most people incorrectly believe, that, as soon as Jesus returns, heaven and the eternity begin. But, sadly, they’re incorrect because, as we’ll discover, there’ll be teaching, learning, disciplining and even souls being saved during this Millennial period. At the beginning of it, satan will be bound, and at the end of it, he’ll be let loose for just a little bit to again draw many away from Father to follow him, sadly, many will follow him again. Then both he and those who will follow him will be cast into the burning lake of fire.
With that introduction being said, let’s go to Father and ask Him for His Blessings on our Study of His Word: “ Father, I come to You right now and ask that You Oh LORD Lead me and Guide me as I try and teach Your Word, don’t allow me to mis-teach or mis-lead Your Children. We, Father, also come to You as a group who desire to Learn Your Word, to thank You for inviting us to Your table in order that we might be able to partake of and receive Your Spiritual Meat, and Father, as we prepare to dine on the sustenance which sustains our inner man, we ask that You Oh LORD open our ears and eyes, that we might be able to hear and see your Truths, open our hearts and minds and prepare us in order that we may receive Your Truth. We Pray for Your Understanding of Your Word, we seek Your Knowledge in Your Word, and most importantly Father, we Pray for and desire Your Wisdom from Your Word, in Jesus’ Precious name we Pray, thank You Father, Amen.”
Revelation 19:17-20:15 John’s Seventh
(and last) Vision “ON EARTH”.

20:1-3. Satan. The Judgment of Satan
(before the Millennium).
20:1-3. Men. Flesh gone, all turned into spiritual.

Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. —> Most likely, this angel is Michael the arch angel. I say this because, prior to satan being let loose to come in his role of the anti-christ, it was Michael and his angels who fought against satan and his angels in heaven, and then cast him and them to the earth Revelation 12:7-9, so—and even though I don’t care to state “I believe”—I believe Father will likewise again use Michael to bind satan for Jesus’ Millennial reign.
So, what is taking place here in this verse? Jesus is here on earth with us, we are on the first day of the Millennium, we who were alive at His coming have all been changed into our spiritual, angelic bodies, and Michael is about to bind satan, and put him into the abyss for 1,000 years, so that Jesus and His priests—we’ll read of this in verse 20:6 below—can begin their teaching and disciplining of all those who took the mark of the beast, and of those who were on the wrong side of the gulf which can be read about in Luke 16. This teaching and disciplining will continue throughout the entire Millennial period. All this teaching will be accomplished—as this and the next two verses show—without satans influence because, he, along with his spirit, are bound, and therefore, cannot corrupt the minds of those receiving the teaching.
What is\was the beast and his mark? The beast that is coming in our future is the One World Governmental\Political system which was beginning to form in Revelation 13, before it received the deadly wound, then satan in his role of the anti-christ came to heal this wound , thus bringing in his One World Religious system. The deadly wound is something which prevents the One World Political system from completely forming up whether that is a conflict of ideas, philosophies or whatever, either way, the system will not finish forming, then satan in his role of anti-christ will arrive on the scene to heal the wound. All people, except Father’s elect — those who have the seal of God in their foreheads from Revelation 9:4 will accept the anti-christ as the true christ, and will then worship him as Christ. The mark of the beast in the forehead is the act of worshiping the beast and his system; while the mark in the hand is the act of doing his works. An example of doing his works can be found in Matthew 24:10, Mark 13:12 and Luke 21:16 where we read that family and friends shall betray loved ones, and turn them in to anti-christ’s people, falsely thinking and believing they are turning them into the True Christ.

Revelation 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and satan, and bound him a thousand years. —> Just as our Father has different Offices, Roles, and Titles; so also, does our adversary satan have many names and roles which he has played from the First Earth Age—the Age of time which was before this Flesh Age we are currently living in—and again, from the “foundation of the world, i.e., the beginning of this Age of flesh man.” I’ll get to the meaning of this phrase in a moment; but first, we’ll take a look at what these names of satan mean.
Dragon=In the Strong’s Concordance, this is Greek word number: G1404, - δράκων, - drakon, pronounced - drakי-own, and means: probably from an alternate form of δέρκομαι derkomai (to look); a fabulous kind of serpent (perhaps as supposed to fascinate): - dragon. Total KJV occurrences: 13..
Serpent=In the Strong’s Concordance, this is Hebrew word number: 3789, - ὄφις, - ophis, pronounced - ofי-his, and means: probably from G3700; (through the idea of sharpness of vision); a snake; figuratively (as a type of sly cunning) an artful malicious person; especially satan: - serpent. Total KJV occurrences: 14.. Now let’s look at this word Serpent in the Hebrew. In the Strong’s, it is word number: H5175, - נָחָשׁ, - Nachash, pronounced - naw-khawshי, and means: From H5172; a snake (from it’s hiss): - serpent. Total KJV occurrences: 31.. Now let’s look up H5172 in our Strong’s, and we’ll find it is: נָחַשׁ, - nâchash, pronounced - naw-khashי, and means: A primitive root; properly to hiss; that is; whisper a (magic) spell; generally to prognosticate: X - Certainly; devine; enchanter; (use) enchantments, learn by experience; X indeed; diligently observe. Total KJV occurrences: 11.. Did you notice what the definition is? To whisper magic spells and to enchant or use enchantments; and when we combine this word with “subtil” in Genesis 3:1 we can truly deduce what Father was trying to explain to us, what truly happened in the Garden of Eden. “subtil” in the Strong’s Concordance, is Hebrew word number: H6175, - עָרוּם, - ‛ârûm, pronounced - aw-roomי, and means: Passive particle of H6191; cunning (usually in a bad sense): - crafty, prudent, subtil. Total KJV occurrences: 11. Notice the words “cunning” and “crafty?” Attach them to “to whisper a magic spell” and\or “enchanter.” Notice again also, the definition from the Greek means: “an artful malicious person.” If you have been falsely taught and incorrectly believe like many people, that satan was a “serpent” in the Garden of Eden, you have been deceived. Satan’s role was previously discussed in Genesis 2:17 where he was correctly identified as the “tree of knowledge of good and evil.” Tree does not mean in the literal sense of the word, we know this because our Lord Jesus is identified as the Tree of Life, and we know that our Lord is not a tree in the literal sense. Tree is used as a metaphor—a figure of speech in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance, as in “A mighty fortress is our God”.. Think of it this way to get it in your mind correctly and right, Jesus tells us in John 15:1-8 that, “I am the vine, ye are the branches,” do you believe that He was speaking literally? No, we all know that He was speaking metaphorically. In Genesis 3 satan is called the serpent, because of what we read here, that the word “serpent” means: a cunning, malicious person who uses enchantments to seduce people. While we’re researching and pulling threads, let’s continue. Now let’s look up the word “beguiled” in both thee Hebrew and Greek. We’ll start with the Hebrew. In the Strong’s Concordance, in Genesis 3, we find that it is Hebrew word number: H5377, - נָשָׁא, - nâshâ', pronounced - naw-shawי, and means: A primitive root; to lead astray, that is, (mentally) to delude, or (morally) to seduce: - beguile, deceive, X greatly, X utterly. Total KJV occurrences: 15.. Now let’s look at it in the Greek. In the Strong’s Concordance, it is Greek word number: G1818, - ἐξαπατάω, - exapataō, pronounced - ex-ap-at-ah’-o, and means: From G1537 and G538; to seduce wholly: - beguile, deceive. Total KJV occurrences: 5.. So, what happened? Satan in his role as the serpent appeared to Eve in the Garden of Eden and used his slick lying tongue to seduce her. This was taught to us by Paul in II Corinthians 11 which reads: II Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ..
Devil=This in the Strong’s Concordance, is Hebrew word number: G1228, - διάβολος, - diabolos, pronounced - dee-abי-ol-os, and means: From G1225; a traducer; especially satan (compare [H7854]): - false accuser; devil; slanderer. Total KJV occurrences: 38..
Satan=This in the Strong’s Concordance, is Hebrew word number: G4567, - Σατανᾶς, - Satanas, pronounced - sat-an-asי, and means: Of Chaldee origin corresponding to G4566; (with the definite article affixed); the accuser, that is; the devil - satan. Total KJV occurrences: 36..
Accuser=This in the Strong’s Concordance, is Hebrew word number: G2725, - κατήγορος, - katēgoros, pronounced - kat-ay’-gor-os, and means: From G2596 and G58, against one in the assembly; that is; a complainant at law; Specifically Satan: - accuser. Total KJV occurrences: 7..
Adversary=This in the Strong’s Concordance, is Hebrew word number: G476, - ἀντίδικος, - antidikos, pronounced - an-tid’-ee-kos, and means: From G473 and G1349, an opponent (in a lawsuit); Specifically Satan as the arch enemy): adversary. Total KJV occurrences: 5..
Now we’ll look at the definition of the phrase I mentioned earlier, the phrase “foundation of the world.” In the Strong’s Concordance, it is two words combined: Greek word number G2602 and Greek word number: G2889. We’ll start with the first: G2602, - καταβολή, - katabolē, pronounced - kat-ab-ol-ay’, and means: From G2598, [kataballō, From G2596 and G906, to throw down: - cast down], a deposition, that is, founding; figuratively conception: - conceive, foundation..
Now G2889, - κόσμος, - kosmos, pronounced - kosי-mos, and means: Probably from the base of G2865; orderly arrangement, that is, decoration; by implication the world (in a wide or narrow sense, including its inhabitants, litterally or figuratively [morally]): - adorning, world. Total KJV occurrences: 187..
So, what transpired? Father’s Word—Ezekiel 28 and Revelation 12—document that satan, in the First Earth Age—when Father—and we, all His Children, while we were still our angelic, spiritual bodies—before this Flesh Age—was one of the two protecting angels of Father’s Mercy Seat. He fell from the grace of Father because, he no-longer wanted to protect that Seat, but instead, wanted to sit in that Seat as Creator of all things — in other words, as God. When he fell, he convinced one third of Father’s Children—the angels—to follow him. What was Father to do? Destroy satan and that one third of His Children, or destroy the Age that was, by casting it down—with the flood and the ice Age which followed—and then starting anew by bringing in a new Age—flesh man—and asking His Children—angels—to come to this Flesh Age. Father chose the ladder and brought in the New Age, giving His children the opportunity of being born of woman through the womb as Jesus tells Nicodemus in John 3:1-13. We know that some refused to be born of woman from Genesis 6 and Jude 1.
Returning now to Revelation 2:2, we see that satan will be bound for the entire teaching, disciplining Period, of Jesus’ Millennial reign.

Revelation 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should decieve the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. —> There is much happening within this verse brethren. First, we see that satan—no longer the false prophet—anti-christ—is bound, and cast into the abyss, meaning that, neither he nor his spirit can no longer have any influnence on the “nations”—ethnos — races, gentile, heathen, people—Father’s Children during the 1,000 year teaching and disciplining period. But, at the end of this 1,000 Period, he is let loose again. Both times, at the end of the Flesh Age of man, and at the end of Jesus’ Millennial reign, satan is allowed to try and deceive Father’s Children. If you are in one of the “rapture believing churches,” tell me, are you going to fly away from this second time of satan’s deception as well; or, hasn’t your church taught you about this time of satan’s deception? God, Father, allows satan both times. It is a test by our Wonderful Father to see who truly loves Him and knows His Word and what is to take place or, who has been deceived.
Notice also that, during this time, satan has a seal set upon him—just like during the five month period at the end of the Flesh Age, we will either have the seal of God or the mark of satan upon our minds as can be read in Revelation 9:4-5.
20:4-6 Men. The Elect teaching and
disciplining the non-overcomers.

Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they that sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. —> Who are these that “they that sat upon them (the thrones), and judgment was given unto them…reigned with Christ a thousand years.?” Obviously it is Father and Jesus; but, to further understand, let’s check out the word “thrones” in our Strong’s Concordance. We find that it is Greek word number: G2362, - θρόνος, - thronos, pronounced - thron’-os, and means: From θράω thraō (to sit); a stately seat (“throne”); by implication power or (concretely) a potentate: seat, throne. Total KJV occurrences: 61.. So, as we see, there are 61 occurrences or uses of G2362 which translates out to either “seat” or “throne.” We find Jesus declaring in Matthew 19:28: — Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, “Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed Me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel., we read the same thing in Luke 22:30, and then we read in Revelation 3:21: — Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne., and then in Revelation 4:4: — Revelation 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.. Exactly who is sitting on these seats and thrones can only be speculation and supposition; but, we can speculate some. We know that there are those of Father’s Elect, who have already been Judged and partaken of the First Resurrection we’ll read of in the next two verses, and we can also deduce from what we just read in Revelation 3:21, that the overcomers in this Flesh Age—meaning, those who died in the flesh believing Father Had come to this Age of the flesh as His Only begotten Son, Jesus—will possibly also be sitting on those seats and thrones. But, you say, there are only 12 and\or 24 seats and\or thrones besides Father’s and Jesus’, so how can so many sit upon those seats and thrones? Because, the 12 and 24 numbers are spiritual numbers, just as the 144,000 of Revelation 7:4 and Revelation 14:1 are spiritual numbers. The only ones Who truly know for sure who will be sitting upon those seats and thrones is Father.
For the past two thousand years, since the death of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, many Christians have died a physical death for the witness of Jesus, then again, millions of other people have also died a physical death in the flesh. Where are all those who have died? They are Home with Father—as we can read in Ecclesiastes 12:6-7—either on the side of the gulf with Him or on the other side of the gulf with the rich man, and away from Him—of which we can read of in Luke 16:19-31.
Those who have died for the witness of Jesus, are benefitting and reaping the rewards; while those who were non-believers and habitual sinners, are not. But, all is not lost for them because, as this verse says, those who have already passed on and those who had not taken the mark of the beast when satan arrived in his role as the pretend to be christ—anti-christ—will reign with Father and Christ for that one thousand year Millennial period.
What will Jesus make of these who will not\did not worship the beast? We can read our answer to this question in Revelation 3 which reads: Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. [3:12] Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him My new name..

Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. —> Who are these “dead that lived not again…”? As we are in Jesus’ 1,000 year Millennium, they are those who were\are spiritually dead, like those of Ezekiel 37. How do we know this? Because, again, we are on the first day of the Millennium and there are no more flesh bodies, we are all in our spiritual bodies. Nobody has as of yet died except, satan’s role as the anti-chirst—pretend to be jesus—and the fallen angels who refused to be born of woman, every other soul is still living. They are just spiritually dead. But, like I said in verse v20:4 above, all is not lost for them because, they will be on the receiving end of the teaching and disciplining during the thousand years and then, at the end of the one thousand years, satan will be let loose from the abyss to try and lure them onto his side against Father again.
Your soul is a mortal soul, meaning, it is liable to die at the Great White Throne Judgment unless one of two things: (1) either you are one of Father’s Elect, and were judged during the First Earth Age; or, (2) you do not follow satan at the end of Jesus’ Millennial reign. Who are Father’s Elect? See Ephesians 1 and Romans 8:26-30. They were the ones who stood and fought alongside Father when satan and the angels who joined with him in his rebellion against Father in the First Earth Age.

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. —> Who has part in the first resurrection? Only those who stood with Father and against satan and those who followed him in the First Earth Age. It is only those who have already been Judged and therefore, their names are already written in the Book of Life as can be read in Revelation 13:8 and Revelation 17:8.
In the The Book of Ezekiel, beginning with Chapter 40, Ezekiel is taken by a vision to Jesus’ Millennium. Ezekiel 44 tells us exactly who will be the Priests of Father during Jesus’ one thousand year Millennial reign. Ezekiel 44:10 And the Levites that are gone away far from me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from me after their idols; they shall even bear their iniquity. —> What Father was showing Ezekiel was that, there were some of the Levitical priests who stopped Teaching Father’s True Word because, some of our forefathers decided they no longer wanted to Honor, Love, Serve and Worship Father YHVH, but wanted to chase after false idols and gods. Rather then try and persuade our forefathers to return to Father, these Levitical priests took it upon themselves to try and please the people. What did\does Father think of this? He plainly states here, that, these priests will bear their iniquity and shame. We read in I Peter 4 where Judgment begins: I Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?. These priests are much like the ministers, pastors, preachers, priests and reverends of today who fail to teach the True Doctrine of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: (1) What Truly happened in the Garden of Eden between Adam, Eve and satan; (2) That there was an Age before this current Age of Flesh man; (3) That Jesus became our Passover and we should still be celebrating and observing Passover, NOT easter, which is a pagan spring festival celebrating fertility; (4) who the kenites were\are; (5) who had infiltrated and taken over the priesthood; (6) what The Millennium is all about and what happens; (7) the partaking of unclean meats; to name but a few. What do they falsely teach instead? (A) False Doctrines; (B) Traditions of man; (C) Customs of man; (D) Denominational doctrines. Things such as (a) that there will be a rapture of the church; (b) falsely teaching concerning having the Holy Spirit and the speaking in tongues; (c) that Adam and Eve ate an apple in the Garden of Eden and other mis-truths. [44:11] Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the house: they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the People, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them. —> These Levitical priests, and all the ministers, pastors, preachers, priests and reverends of today who have falsely taught Father’s Children will still be “priests” during the Millennium, however, as we’re about to read, they will NOT be able to come near unto Father, and they will know the reason why, because they did not teach Father’s Children His True Word. [44:12] Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up Mine hand against them, saith the Lord GOD, and they shall bear their iniquity. —> Again, Father is very plain and direct here. He lets it be known to everybody the reason why they will not be His Priests, i.e., they perverted His Word, they failed to warn the people of the consequence of chasing after false gods and idols, and they did not teach Father’s Word Verse–by–Verse, Chapter–by–Chapter, and Book–by–Book. He also lets it be known that they shall bear their iniquity because of this. Father told this same Prophet of His earlier in the same Book, in Ezekiel 3, that he was to warn those who do wickedly, which is exactly what these priests and the people were doing: wickedness, let’s read it: Ezekiel 3:16 And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, [3:17] “Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from Me. [3:18] When I say unto the wicked, ‘Thou shalt surely die;’ and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. [3:19] Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. [3:20] Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. [3:21] Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.” —> So, in the Age of the Flesh, IF the Pastor does their job and warns the people that they are doing wrong, and the people who are doing wrongly change their ways, Father will not punish them or the Pastor who warned them. But, IF the people hear the warning and don’t change their ways, Father will punish the people, but not the Pastor. How does this apply to Jesus’ 1,000 Year Millennium? Let’s continue reading and we’ll get our answer. [44:13] And they shall not come near unto Me, to do the office of a priest unto Me, nor to come near to any of My holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed. —> Can you stand to hear the Truth, and can you withstand the heat? Father is telling all the “false teaching preachers” that they will not be able to come near unto Him because, they did just that, they falsely taught and lied to His Children, and perverted His Word. How would you like to have been one of these who thought you were doing so good being a minister, pastor, preacher, priest, or reverend of Father YHVH; but, instead of Teaching His True Word, you played one-up-man-ship on your fellow man, thinking and saying to yourself, and outwardly displaying, “oh, look at me, I’m a‘man of God’,” only to find out that Father doesn’t think so highly of you or hold you in such high regard. [44:14] But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein. —> These ministers, pastors, preachers, priests, and reverends are going to find themselves in an uncomfortable position. Let’s put this a way that I can more relate to and with as Retired Service member, let’s put this in military terms: Father is saying that the false preachers are going to be on work detail for a thousand years. They will be doing all the menial tasks in His Temple for failing to do in the flesh what they should have been doing. Rather than Teach His Word, they falsely taught His Children, they failed to warn them of the consequences of not changing from following false gods and idols. Their false teaching also led many of Father’s Children right into satan’s camp. Therefore, Father will judge the preachers first, as we just read in Ezekiel 34, and their dignified lives which they lived in this Age will turn them to the work detail During Jesus’ Millennium. Brethren, it’s time to stop playing games; humble yourself and get into Father’s Holy Word.
Here in this Flesh Age, the pastor’s job is to: Teach His True Word, and Warn His Children if they are doing wrongly and committing sin. During Jesus’ 1,000 Year Millennium, when we are all in heaven and in our spiritual bodies, when we can all see Father and Jesus — though, those who have not yet been judged cannot come near unto them, when we all have our 100% knowledge and recall, Father’s True Priests, the Zadok, will be disciplining those who falsely taught and did not warn the people; those whose names are not already written in the Lamb’s Book of Life; those who were on the wrong side of gulf prior to Jesus’ return; those who do not have the Seal of God in their foreheads as written in Revelation 9:4-5; and those who chased after satan in his role of the anti-christ and took the mark of the beast.
20:7-10 Satan. The judgment of Satan

Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison. —> Why would Father allow satan to be loosed out of his prison? To again test His children to see who Loves and will follow Him, or who loves satan and will follow him. These Children of Father’s are untested. They had not participated in the first resurrection. We want them tested to ensure they truly love Father so that we don’t have to go through all this non-sense again. Do you want those who are untested in the eternity with you? I don’t think so. Let’s read the next verse.

Revelation 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations (eth’-nos, pagan, gentile or heathen people in the Greek, Greek word number: G1484) which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. —> Do you see and understand yet? Father allows satan to be loosed in order to gather those who love satan to himself, so that, they can again come and battle against Father. How many will there be? As this verse says, as numerous as the sand of the sea.
You would think that, after a thousand years of teaching without satan’s influence, that there wouldn’t be any, let alone so numerous as the sands of the sea. What a sad thing indeed. But, what a wonderful way to identify them now, so that, they won’t be there with us in the eternity.

Revelation 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of His saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
—> Just like in the First Earth Age, and in Exodus 32, there will again be those who stand on the side of Father, and, as we can see in this verse, satan and his followers will encompass them about; however, this angers Father, and what does He do? Just like we read of in Genesis 18 concerning Sodom and Gomorrah, He rains fire and hailstones down upon His enemies and destroys them.
What is the “beloved city…”? It is the city of Jerusalem, formerly known as Canaan and also as Jebus, of which Father spread His skirt upon, and took to marriage in Ezekiel 16. Sadly, because of our forefather’s unfaithfulness, the marriage didn’t last very long, and in Jeremiah 3, Father gave the beloved city a bill of divorcement. But, it is the place where first, satan as antichrist will appear, thus fulfilling Ezekiel 16:2, Daniel 9:11,12 and 27.

Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. —> Here is where satan himself—his spiritual body which Father created when He created each and every one of us— finally meets his demise and his end, it is now that he is finally cast into the lake of fire. Again, what is this lake of fire? And again, we find our answer to this in Hebrews 12:29 and also in Ezekiel 28, which reads: Ezekiel 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that coverest; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stone of fire. —> Satan was right there covering the Ark of Father, right at the altar of Father. Father created him and anointed him, and then, he fell because, he wanted to sit on Father’s Mercy Seat instead of being the protecting cherub, in other words, he stopped loving Father and became in love with himself. [28:15] Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till inquity wast found in thee. —> What iniquity was that? Pride!! Pride and the desire to sit in Father’s place, on Father’s seat, as god. [28:16] By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. —> Father doesn’t like it when anybody gets ahead by deceit and deception, and that was and is how satan tricks Father’s Children to follow him. [28:17] Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. —> Father created satan the perfect pattern, and satan’s head became swelled because of it. Therefore, what will Father do? In the First Earth Age, Father cast him down, it was called in the Greek, the “katabole.” At the end of This Earth Age, Father will again cast him down; only this time, as we’ll read in the next verse, He will bring forth fire from within him and devour him. [28:18] Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thy iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore I will bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. —> This is the part where Father is The Consuming Fire. When He destroys the of the soul of one of His children, which we read of earlier when I quoted from Matthew 10:28. [28:19] All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. —> Satan will never be anymore because, he suffered the second death, just like all those who follow him—after he is let loose a little season—will also suffer the second death, the death of the soul. They will not enter into the eternity, which is after the great white throne judgment, which is coming up in the next verse.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from Whose face the earth and heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. —> This is the time when the full Godhead appears on this earth.
Who are these who “fled away”? They aren’t the literal earth and heaven; no, they are who were man in the flesh before being changed into their spiritual bodies; and also those who had died in the flesh and were already in their spiritual bodies.

Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books we opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. —> Father is at His Seat of Judgment and all the books are opened for Him to examine and Judge His Children out of.
The dead, are the spiritually dead angelic beings who did not over come satan—remember, we are on one of the last days of the Millennium and as such, there are no flesh bodies, and the only souls who have perished is the soul of satan—who perished two verses ago—and the souls of the fallen angels who refused to be born of women.
The terms “small and the great” are referring to all of Father’s Children. Their status matters not, for every one of us has to stand before His Throne to be Judged. Judgment doesn’t always mean in the negative sense, we are Judged to receive Good\rewards or punishment.
Notice also, that this verse says we are Judged “according to our works.” Our works are the only thing we can take with us from this Age of Flesh man. Sadly, most church’s teach that, we are all judged by the “grace” of God and\or our faith. This is incorrect as, only our salvation comes to us by the “Grace of God” and\or our faith. But our works, they follow us, and they make up our linens — our Spiritual clothing, as can be read in Revelation 14:13, which reads: Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them., and also Revelation 19:8, which reads: Revelation 19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints..
Why are we judged by our works and not “the grace of God” or our faith? Because, there are those, Father’s Elect, who were Judged at the end of the First Earth Age, while they were in their spiritual bodies, as can be read in Revelation 13:8, which reads: Revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world., and it would be unfair of Father to Judge the rest of His Children while they were or are in their flesh bodies, and therefore, they will only be Judged while they also are in their spiritual bodies. And since they are going to be Judged in their spiritual bodies, therefore it stands to reason, that as such, they “see” Jesus in the Millennial Age, and therefore, we are Judged by their works and no longer by faith.

Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. —> Again, it is by our works and not our faith that we are Judged.
Who are these “dead?” Don’t forget where we are “on The Lord’s Day — Jesus’ one thousand year reign — the Millennium;” so, these dead are the spiritually dead, not physically dead. These are those who did not accept Christ while they were in the flesh, or they were on the wrong side of the gulf.

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. —> The second death is the turning to ashes, the soul of an angelic being from within. They won’t be burning forever and ever, they are immediately consumed from within. Remember, these are Father’s children and He is a merciful Father, He neither desires nor wants to destroy any of His children; but, because of what they did—their own actions—He will.
After all those who will be destroyed at the Great White Throne Judgment are destroyed, there will never again be any death; no thought of death, nor any sadness.

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. —> This is Finality for them, and after this, we will remember them no more.
For the rest of us, we now are changed into our incorruptible bodies that Paul wrote about in I Corinthians 15: I Corinthians 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the sayin that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. —> When the souls of all those that are to be consumed, are consumed, their existence will be blotted from our minds, and all that remains is victory and happiness. [15:55] O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? —> All souls that remain alive at the second resurrection will be able to say this saying, for they will be immortal and will live for all eternity. [15:56] The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. [15:57] But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. —> Amen.
